I JUST NIPPED HOME FOR LUNCH, (MAC AND CHEESE INCASE YOU WERE WONDERING) SO MY GRANDA - WHO I LIVE WITH - HAS JUST FINISHED EXPLAINING TO ME HOW THERE WAS A LOUD REVVING NOISE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ABOUT 30 MINS BEFORE I GOT HOME (he presumed it was me in the lotus bless him) I WAS OUTSIDE AWAY TO GET BACK IN THE CAR AND RETURN TO WORK, AND THIS CHAV IN A HOODY RIPS PAST ON A F**KING SCRAMBLER (bearing in mind in stay on a private road to a farm that is own by us) SO I LOOKED DOWN THE ROAD AND HE HAD GONE - down to my farm!!!!!, i hear the bike coming again, so i jump my garden gate and try to get infront of him - i know crazy, i was wearing a suit too. SO THE LITTLE F**KER JUST LOOKS AT ME AND GRINS, I JUMP INTO THE LOTUS, AND TEAR UP THE ROAD AFTER HIM, WE GET TO THE LOCAL CARAVAN SITE WHERE THERE IS A ASTRA VXR - PRIVATE PLATE N11 WHT (I THINK), 2 GUYS GET OUT THE PAX COMES OVER SWEARING AT ME, TELLING ME THAT IF I DIDNT MOVE MY CAR I WAS DEAD - I BLOCKED THE ROAD WITH THE LOTUS, AT THIS POINT I TELL THE GUY NOT TO COME DOWN MY ROAD AGAIN - I HAVE A DOG, A BIG BLACK LAB, AND IM SURE IF IT RAN OUT INFRONT OF THE BIKE IT WOULD DIE AND SO WOULD THE C**K ON IT!

THE 3 CHAVS START ON ME AT THE SAME TIME, 1 SWINGS FOR ME, I BLOCK IT - LUCKILY HE PUNCHED MY WATCH, WHCIH MUST HAVE HURT HIM A TAD! I JUMP BACK INTO MY CAR AND GTF - I WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED, AND MY BODY DISPOSED OF,

HONESTLY IM STILL SHAKING!!

DO I...

A. CALL THE POLICE - WHO WE PRETTY MUCH KNOW ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN CHARGING PEOPLE THAT ARE DOING NOTHING WRONG, HAVE A SLIGHTLY CRACKED REG PLATE ETC.

OR

B. HUNT THE CHAVVY F**KERS DOWN AND GET EVEN......I HAVE SEEN THE CAR AROUND LOCALLY BEFORE AND IT WOULDNT BE HARD TO FIND IT!

RIGHT NOW I ACTUALLY COULD KILL......BLOOD IS BOILING, AND MY FEAR IS THAT I GO TO THE POLICE, THEY WILL COME BACK TO THE HOUSE WHEN IM NOT AROUND AND GIVE MY GRANDA HASSLE, IF I SET AN EXAMPLE, IT MIGHT BE THE END OF IT?

Call the local cop shop me thinks!

If nothing else, it will be noted, and could help if things escalate in the future.

Where abouts are you, someone on here is policing in the banffshire area. He may be able to ensure it gets the necessery attention. I really dont think you want to take matters into your own hands since this happened on your land which involves your family and friends. If had been randomly in the street with no connection to home fair enough.

Even though they won't do anything about it, it's probably best to get it on record.

Much as I'd want to go with the other option it's probably not the best of ideas. You don't really want to escalate it when they know where you live.

my biggest fear is that if i report it, they will come back anyway, as they will know its me, they person who reports these cases name is issued with the charge sheet, my audi was sitting outside my house, which has my name on the plate,

however there is a risk of comeback if i do something myself too, but with a bit of luck someone - probably one of the older residents - will report the disturbance anyway, as there was a fair amount of shouting, bike/car noise etc.

Yup, I would say call the police too. You never know, they might actually do something about it seeing as they tried to assault you, not forgetting the trespassing onto private land and threats to kill you! And if they do try something else, you know that this event has been logged and can be used as more evidence.

WTF is wrong with some folk?!!!

I'd be calling the police somehow. If you try to deal with it yourself you'll probably end up being the one who's charged. On the other hand you might be better just leaving it, and only phoning the police if it happens again

Maybe we should become like a biker gang and all head up to yours. The site of 30+ angry crazies in funny plastic cars will put them off

You never know what type of psycho you are dealing with these days. Police is definately a better option seeing as they tried to assault you.
