Scotty - What are your rough timings on 21st, I can arrange to meet you somewhere convenient as you pass Edin. You may well come round the bypass en route between Forth Road Bridge and A68/A1/A7 or whatever...our office is in Edinburgh Park, right at the start of the bypass.

Neil - likewise, what's your own route / plan etc at the weekend? May be able to slot in for this weekend instead of meeting Scotty next Thurs but depends I guess...

I've not got a complete plan yet apart from heading south Thursday night. Will be floating round the Edinburgh area Friday-Monday so could drop it off to you at work easily enough.

Why not give me a call on the mobile 07768 813031 to let me know where you are on Friday once you've worked it out. Even if I don't get into the office that day (client site or work from home some days), I can set up an RV with you no problem.

You're a star, many thanks! Meantime, I'm off to plan all the other jobs and issues to sort in time for service/MOT at start of July...trying to be a lot more organised this year instead of rushing around squeezing tasks in with late nights at the last minute...

If for any reason it falls through we are heading to Edinburgh in a couple of weeks time for a few days away.

I think we have demonstrated that anyone needing anything shipping between Abdn and Edin has a fair chance of a quick turnaround

Drop successfully made at 2.22pm this afternoon...thanks to all who volunteered help, much appreciated, and of course in particular to both Graeme (Northernpar) for the discount oil deal in the first place, and Neil for carriage services in the Exige boot.
