We're lucky, we get to see a bit of Katrina from time to time, and she gets a laugh from the wee ones' antics around her extensive ladybird collection. Reminds me of Lawrence telling me not to be too hard on them one time I was round with an unruly Eilidh
I also get to smile at the random assortment of pics of Lawrence dotted around while we are there
Puts all of today's global economic meltdown into firm perspective I think.

you can try that at a future garage-tidying-event I'm sure...but the laughter might only get louder

I can see the cheeky grin and shouting "another foot, plenty of room, another foot, plenty of room, another - oops too far!"

Over a year now, but still think of him quite often with fond memories.
With plenty of time on my hands, every S_E1 post from '99 onwards on my hard drive, a photo collection of us lot the size of Everest, he pops up quite regularly.

I still can't pass a blue Discovery without squinting to see the numberplate, ready to wave.

(Pops up unexpectedly)
I am going hill-climbing this year purely and simply becasue I told him once that I would. It will be emotional for sure - but in a happy way
