What is a Motobuild 150 kit?

I have seen a car advertised with "Piper 150 cams (as part of Motobuild 150 kit) – timed by Dave Andrews"
Just wondered what else this consisted of and is it a potential pain in the @rse for the future?

Not specific to the 150 but has details of the 140 kit. Sounds similar to the Bell and Colville upgrade kits.
