Exige test drive

Had a half-day at work and since it was dry popped down to MMC and took an 06 Exige out for a burn.
Thoughts: Awesome! Didn't really thrash it as it wasn't run in and I'd felt the cams in the R anyway, but that thing crazy corners. Good bit of co-driving by G as I ran out of balls way way way before its limits and benefited from a little coaxing on. Very surprised at how different it was to the R.
Getting back in my car it felt surprisingly light, and I nearly flew off on the first corner forgetting about the brakes!

Glad you enjoyed it Ross!
Is he using the white one now as a demo?

Yeah, looks pretty cool in white actually. Reminds me of the old bond esprit in an odd kind of nothing-like-it-kind-of-way.
I want one Ed give me yours.

I was chatting to one of the guys while waiting to talk to Graeme and he goes come look at this. Takes me round the showroom and points to the shiny white Exige. I just burst out laughing (anyone who saw my CTR will know why)
Looked nice but not for Scotlands roads.

That colour would have suited the Guigaro Esprit nicely in the 70s..

black and white as they're both at the extreme/opposite ends of the scale so everything shows either dark or light... shades of silver the best IMHO and the Azure blue and brg aren't too bad neither..
