think Neil Turner is in charge of Customer Service or something like that. When i had my big issues with the 111r it was him that i dealt with, and he was a good bloke.

another vote for Neil Turner, he's a top bloke, you can get him on 01953 608 844. It was he that gave me my free service this week due to my car being broken for a few weeks during the summer.
