Can anyone suggest a decent (cheap) courier for getting some wheels and tyres shipped up from Sheffield? The place I've bought them from has said it'll be £23.89 per wheel and being a tight fisted Scotsman.....

That sounds like CitiLink type prices neil... I think others have use 'parcel to go' or something with decent success.

If you think that's bad, I've just bought our annual pack of Gel for our living room fire.. Bargain at £120 for 42ltrs.... plus £50 delivery Image

There was a company advertising on e-bay for wheel/ tyre shipment for £27 or thereabouts( presume set of 4 ). Don't have details to hand and can't access e-bay at work but if you do e-bay search in wheels and tyres you might find it. I will check when I get home if I still have details. Keith

Found site - alloys2u.com. Reasonable prices and can do next day delivery, no idea if they are any good but seem reasonably priced.

Use ANC, they will get 4 x wheels collected from sheffield and delivered to their base in Altens (not far from your work) and you can go and collect and pay cash on collection for around £30 total. give or take a few quid depending on "actual" weight of the wheels.

Came across this on ebay. Doubt you'll find cheaper, weather there any good or not who knows!!. Worth a call though.
