Looks like a reasonable bit of (excuse the pun) kit.

Think I'd want the scandal green upgrade to go with it as well :love

TBH (and it's only my opinion) depreciation not being a factor, I'd rather blow 27k on this than a new 'yota car, also long other trim is an option. :kermit

plus conversion kit would get you a Honda S1 Exige for well under 18k, how much is a VHPD K series worth?

or

plus conversion kit and you get a Honda S1 Elise for 12k.

Hmmmmm......

I see where you are coming from, but you need to add in the cost of an engine and box at £2.5k, and the car above includes alot more than just the conversion

So likely that 13.5k car plus kit at £5k, plus inevitable suspension and brakes refresh makes £21k ish. Still makes buying a "done" car a better option i thinks.

Given the issues which people in SE have had with cars done by pro companies, I def wouldnt trust my own DIY skills to give it a bash :D

Looks awesome!

Thanks for posting that. That's all the motivation I need. Tomorrow I am going to do something I haven't done since I bought my car 6 months ago.

I'm going to wash it.
