sitting on the flyover stopped this morning in dense fog, also note the spanner with the black A3 on the inside with no lights on

So how do we know from the pic that the A3 didn't turn the engine (and lights) off instead of sitting idling for no reason?Rag_It wrote:See above - stationery traffic!
