Ok via me 1 cheap S1 Elise, basic overview:

Azure blue
Red leather
48k ish miles
S2 suspension (£400)
recent geo (£60)
Just had full C service (by Phoenix motorsport) (£380)
S2 wheels with excellent (Potenza) tyres (looks very good on bigger wheels and drives extremely well) (£450)
Hardtop in colour (£780)
MMC brakes with new pads just fitted all round. (£200)
Sports exhaust (£unknown but not cheap)
Induction kit (will post make later)

Odd cosmetic mark here and there (its 10 years old!) but an excellent entry Elise for newbies, donor for Honda or simply a fun car for very little money.
Car is known to us and for sale at well below market value for a similar spec car.

Email Lotuselises2@aol.com for further details.
Can be viewed by arrangement at Phoenix motorsports.

I didn't realise you could fit the S2 wheels to the S1 ... do you need to change other bits and pieces to make it work?

Cheers,
Robin

Eliseparts sell adapters, or I think you can fit the s2 bits that the wheels bolt to (hubs?). It was one of the reasons I sold my S2 Compomotives, as they would have looked great on the s1 exige, but I dont really fancy the adapters as I dont know how solid a solution they are, and changing hubs would have meant binning the s1 Exige wheels.

Looks quite clean.

Not that I am looking or anything.............well , it was the golf diesel I was having a peek at for a daily driver.

And about £2500 overpriced for a catD car in my opinion. Should really be in the ad also I think.
