so, after a fountain of coolant at TT, a new radiator and fan recently, and most recently a whole fecking new engine... what else could possibly go wrong?
If you guessed a collapsed catalyst, a buscuit is en route to you now.
Anyone lend me a cat to get through an MOT?

1. Manifold & Flexi (last Sept after Fl Lt Humble's valliant efforts to fix in Leuchars with Gun Gum

)
2. Suspension
3. Radiator
4. Fan
5. New Head
6. New Bottom End
Edited to add:
7. Clutch & gearbox too

That's not much for a Lotus[/quote]
Maybe items 6 & 7 weren't for the car, but were personal

Was laughing until I compared your list with mine....
1. Flexi - fell apart, replacement done after 7 hours labour... thanks again Robin/Lawrence etc.
2. Suspension - konis died and replaced with S2 kit, finished at about 1am.... thanks again Big Mac!
3. Not yet
4. Not yet - although it does make some weird noises sometimes so probably not long now!
5. New Head - yup, done.
6. New Bottom End - tick that box!
7. Clutch nope but gearbox yes... although that was self inflicted and not strictly necessary!
8. Exhaust - crumbled and replaced
9. Exhaust mounts - replaced 3 of them, current ones seem ok though!
Stopped at 9, probably more though...
