Does anyone have house valuing skills. I'm in Edinburgh.

I work for ESPC. Is it a free valuation you need or valuation for other purposes?

Simpson Spazwick (aka Simpson and Marwick) are probably the most conservative of the lot.... They always seem to have mega bargains on their books (look everyone, we sell ours for a bazillion percent over the asking price.....if you get my drift).
