just scour the net, find one you like and save it to your desktop and slap link it in via the 'browse' button when selecting the avatar.

Alternatively, see someone else's that you like, right click it, go to properties and save the path name, then fire that into the avatar box.

Oh, and if you've got a wee movie, you'll need software to convert to an animated gif. Plus, the size allowances are pretty small, so it'll need to be pretty basic.
