Not too sure matey but Uldis recently built a fairly large double garage.

Did a search a while ago to see how much it would cost for a garage and seem to remember it'd be about £5k for a large single concrete one.
(Have since bought a house with a 29 foot long garage so I don't need one anymore!

)
There are plenty of places that sell and install. Just google search for timber garage.
This one for example

We are going to convert the annexe at the back of the house into a Garage.
It is absolutely ideal, 20' x 30', wooden floor, double glazed, heated, just needs the end granite wall having a 10ft x 7ft hole putting in, and an electric roller door fitted.
Can we get a builder to come along and have a look?
Can we f**k.

Thanks guys, I like the look of that big timber / pitched roof number, that would be just the job. Would have posted back sooner but took Ritch’s advice and have been busy since Friday morning.
I’ll have a look round but don’t like the idea of parting with £6k for a single and presumably £10k for a double. I could live with that if I was planning to stay in the house for the rest of my days but on a five year plan it’s a bit extravagant since I don’t think it would put value on the house. I had been half thinking that a timber version which bolts onto the concrete slab could come with me to where ever we go next but that’s probably a bit fanciful.
Tut, I’ll lend you a Stihl saw. All you need is a gallon of petrol and a bit of perseverance. Don’t worry about all that RSJ nonsense, it’ll hold.

Mac also built a garage last winter; with a little help from some SE'rs.
