is that a bit hanging off the bottom at the back or is it just a mark on the road ?

hey guys - newbie here looking the lotus sanj sent you. any advice on whether there is big enough difference between the '04 exige here and an equivalent '06 one? I am new to this but know there were changes so any chat you can give me welcome :?

at least they cleared the tinks off the "lawn" next to the garage for the photo - sanj's extended family like the open air apparently but you would have thought they would pick somewhere nicer

so....do i spend another 2-3k on a shiny '06 one or no worry too much about "drive by wire" and LED tail lights and buy an '04/'05!?

Hi Dave,

Glad to see you are getting a proper car! :wink:

Only differences really on the MY06 car are leds and a different pedal box.
You are used to comfy seats so id go for one with probax. Sports (performance) pack is a must for lots of track work but touring is fine if you arent into that. Also make sure you get A/c.

Hmm, s1 works for some people but not others.

s1s are more "raw", less comfy, lighter and sometimes faster round a circuit. Obviously depends on who is driving. For your first Lotus and perhaps as you use it for commuting (iirc) id got for an s2. :)
