Tut - you are going to need a lot of new stickers.
1999 MX5 1.8 SE - Pikey fun spec
2006 Focus 1.6TDCI - Dull, sensible, commuter spec
2006 Mondeo - Dull, sensible, towing spec
1992 Bay Mare - 1 Horsepower jumping machine

Thanks guys, deserve all the ribbing that I get, but as N3 is going off the road I need a replacement quickly if I am not going to have to cancel the rest of the events this year, Spaz especially amongst others.

The Kawasaki green S1 looked nice, but spec not as good, no S/C and not CC, plus no boot which is not practicable if you are doing European events and camping weekends, and at £19K has to be overpriced. There was one other but it had been converted to race spec and again NA.

Keith my boy, great to see you on here for your first post. As you can see they have no respect for their elders on here, unlike China where I would be revered as a God.

A pleasure to do business with you, even though I can talk for Scotland. We chatted for about 1.5 hours before price even came up, and we met in the middle which is how it should be, and I also have the spare wheels which I did not expect to go for. Needless to say he will be selling the hardtop separately. However if anybody on the Forum would like a black one, then just ask Keith.

Great results after that, called Mary at REIS to tell her about the accident with the deer last week in N3, never made a claim before, and she was brilliant. I can have the car transported down to a repairer of my own choice which is obviously Murrays, and I can switch the Insurance over to Keith's car as soon as I want to with no extra premium. Chaucer then called me and I have my own advisor to deal with everything from here on. Until you actually have to call your Insurance like this you have no idea how it will be handled, but I can not imagine better customer service than this.

Keith has to get his private plate transferred and I have to cash in some shares, so I would think in a little over a week I will be able to go down and pick the car up. He would not even take a deposit, but then we are Officers and gentlemen.<BG>

The only worry at this stage is whether N3 could be written off or else will the Assessor decide that it is economical to repair, which I had not really considered.

Get yourself a deer whistle Tut its the best few ££'s you'll spend on your car and they definetley work - I wouldnt drive a car in the sticks without one now - having seen deer a few time's now stop look in my car's direction before legging it in the opposite direction

http://www.deerwhistle.co.uk/

these are the smallest most discreet ones I've found and can be mounted anywhere in the airflow even behind the grill although you will find cheaper ones on fleabay

Congratulation on your new car Tut, it's a nice one.

Great looking car you've got yourself there,White is so "this year!!" :D
I'll 2nd the deer whistle, had 1fitted to all my bikes.....haven't a clue if it worked for me but never had any near misses and a cheap investment....if only someone could invent a similar product for sheep & pheasants(+peasants!!).....horn on my car is embarrassing.

Retreats backwards, bowing to revered god. :D
