The way I add photos to the iPad is: SD card from camera onto windows PC then sync said folder in iTunes with the iPad and hey presto photos are permanently on the iPad and in full size quality. Is this not pretty simple?
I do agree it should be even easier though with SD card straight to iPad.

Is this the reason I keep seeing people walking around using i-pads as cameras these days?

We've got the same setup. Simple and quick t view the files in the iPad before either saving to the device, or deleting. I then either use Dropbox, or transfer them to my NAS drive as archive

Swithering about ordering from Vodafone today, especially as they're giving good trade in prices for my 5.

Just picked up a brand new 5 16gb in white for £300.
Don't see the point in the new one for now, the 5 does everything I need.

Just upgrading to ios7 - so excited woo!

iOS 7 has ruined my 5! my call register/log has disappeared, the new Icons look very kindergarten and my phone has taken to dropping calls even more and you have to unlock all the time when a txt or anything comes in, used to just click the link on the home page and the swipe to delete e-mal feature has gone and you now need to open the mail to delete it, also siri has gone?.. I'd go through to the apple store over the weekend to get it sorted but it'll be full of fanboys wanting a finger print scanner, losers!

Swipe the other way

I would do but it's no longer showing in my settings, phone has been sync'd and reset etc and still no call register or Siri
