We wanted them onto the ipad so we could show some to Mrs donkeys gran. She's not really a wifi kinda gal and neither is the sheltered accommodation she's in!

My point was, getting content onto the ipad should be easy but it's a real ball ache.
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

They make it that way of course, but I would have thought that the crackers could find a solution.

On the other hand there is no way that a virus can get into a closed Apple system. You click on an App, take it or leave it.

ps:- if you do not have a wi-fi connection, should you not be able to do the same thing via Bluetooth?

I can't be the only person who isn't astonished by this !

windows phone method
  1. plug phone in to computer
  2. select photos / video's / music
  3. click add
  4. select everything you want to add.
  5. click ok
you an mount the sd card in the same was an android if you fancy or stick the SD card in your PC and just copy if that floats your boat.

Fixed for tut

It ain't pretty but I am pretty sure toucan add an SD to an iPad via a 30 pin connector adaptor.

The only connector on an iPad is its power Lightning one and a headphone socket.

Nothing else can be connected, or am I missing something?

Hi
We bought the iPad sd card reader, it uploads photos directly onto the iPad. I think it was about £25 direct from apple. Here's the link for the new lightning connector version:

My Samsung Galaxy Tab2 has an adaptor which plugs into the charging socket and allows USB connection for hard drives etc, can the same be done on an iPad?

I joke.... but had my best man round after we returned from Honeymoon, didn't bother showing him the actual wedding photos, but super keen to show him the honeymoon photos....

He lasted 20 mins, before passing out! (He had been playing rugby all afternoon, and we had tanned a few bottles of wine!)

My parents still haven't seen them, as my old man said "if you can't condense them into less than 50, i'm not interested!" :damnfunny
