Congratulations on the new car
What is the current lead time on a factory order, do you know ? How long did you have to wait for yours ?
I never realised until recently that they are now offering the Exige as a factory soft top. It actually looks quite nice, I think the longer wheelbase helps to pull it off whereas the old car with DIY soft top never looked quite right, proportion wise.
I'll be curious to see how residuals fare on the new Exige too, given the much higher list price. I see 3 yr old models selling for not a million miles away from their new list which is quite astonishing.
Regards,
Jeremy
I think if you ordered now you'd be looking at August/September for delivery - total guess, MMC would be able to tell you for sure. I put a deposit down last year but wasn't able to spec it till January when they started allocating build slots.
I don't think the roadster is available to buy yet - it looks like they're still testing it.

There's some blurb in the manual telling you not to take the roof of as it will affect the aerodynamics and high speed stability, but if you ignore that it won't be a problem.

Congrats Neil. Great car, you're going to love it. Also clocked 450 miles on the Evora now and really can't wait until I can really open her up. The exhaust is sounding better everyday too.

Stunning looking car and I'm sure the performance will be even better. All the best with it, looking forward to seeing it in the plastic.
Actually haven't seen one in real life yet.

Only 3 in Scotland so far AFAIK, and they're all up north. I'll have it with me at the Campaganza so you'll get a look then.

Congratulions Andrew, what colour have you chosen this time? Are you going to trade in one of your cars, or keep all four Loti?
