There are still far too many Database entries that have not been filled in.

Please check your name on there and fill in the column details. There have also been very few payments made and we have already had to pay for KH and the Hog Roast, so come on guys, this is not good enough for S_E. As usual a lot of work and planning has gone into this, and though it is easier now after organising five, I need assistance from your side. It only involves writing a cheque or EFT and putting your details into the Database, a ten minute job.

As I am far to nice to SHOUT OUT LOUD, maybe one or two of you could chivy up the action.

It may go under my name, but it is YOUR event.

Just on an update note:

Knockhill is confirmed and deposit paid.
Currently having an answering machine conversation with the caterers but will get this nailed down by the end of the week and should have the confirmed menu up soon after.
Craig, we need to talk are you home or away ?
All those intending going to Fort William can you please phone the hotel and book your rooms. This needs doing sooner rather than later as we have block booked rooms and want to make sure we have enough or be able to release any excess.
