My sister used to be a nurse in a mentally handicapped (am I allowed to say that these days?) hospital that was at Banks it closed years ago. Greaves Hall I think.

Where abouts in Scotland do you stay?

I have heard some bad stories about seals etc releasing fluric acid after car fires. Apparently if you get it on the skin it cannot be neutralized so keeps burning

Calcium Gluconate neutralises Hydrofluoric Acid burns - It's available as a topical gel, or a solution suitable for sub cut / I.M. injection...You can even give it intravenously too...

Need to get it on the affected area ASAP before the underlying bone gets too badly damaged...

So your sister's a psychiatric nurse too?

Are you sure you aren't me?

Totally OT.. but,..

How did you end up doing that?
I mean, some folk see a train and want to be a train driver. Some folk are kind and caring and want to be doctors and nurses. Some folk have few mates and want to work in IT, but at what point does one decide that keeping airplanes apart in the sky is the career path to follow??

I saw an advert and thought "I could do that..."

One of mates always wanted to do it as he was a spotter growing up near Glasgow Airport. My wife does the same and she met a friend of a friend who said he liked his job (a controller). One day, sick of her own job, she decided to apply...

We've vacancies if anyone is interested!!

"Could be fire damaged" How would you tell? Could you not just look at them and know, or get them balanced, woudl that show any problems?

Green with envy BTW those are 8) wheels.

Surely if there is no heat or fire damage to the tyres the wheels should be all right as well. They seem to be intact from the photos :?:
