Just in case anyone is daft/keen enough to give this a go soon I have just booked to go back out to Spain for a long weekend from the 6th to 10th July. I am hoping to pack in 15+ more jumps.

Needless to say it ain't exactly cheap, but you would be guaranteed a truly mind blowing experience 8)

Looks like you have got the bug?

I can not do July but any time from September onwards.

Yup, it is an absolute drug - I have thought about almost nothing but skydiving since I got home. I did my AFF with a couple of friends and we have a sort of half plan to meet up again in Spain in Sept, so I'll keep you posted. Even if you went on your own though there is fantastic cameraderie amongst skydivers and FFU is a really friendly place with plenty of other AFF students around.

:damnfunny

Done a static jump and bungee. The static jump was way better than the bungee. Freefall must be awesome, but not sure I could do it. Still got my fear of heights despite static jump, bungee (with foul hangover), paragliding, microlight.......... Just accepting it now

My dad was a Para, he's talked about parachuting maybe once or twice - unlike every twat in the pub who's done it, paid for on the pretence of it being for Charidee no doubt.

Edit: Not that any of you guys would be like that :)

My dad was a para too Scott - funnily enough he doesn't make a big deal* of jumping from planes either... and that was over 50yrs ago

*He prefers para stories which relate to fighting & courting :P

All the same - Mark - bloody ace vid - not sure I could ever do that, so well done!!!
