Dear Sanjoy

Many thanks for your comments following your recent visit to Zinc. I am most disappointed that you did not experience the professional and reliable service that we deliver at Zinc. I have taken on board all your comments particularly with the bar service to ensure that this does not happen again.
It was a less experienced member in the bar on Monday who had a number of cocktails on the go at one time. This is by no means an excuse but the reason that your drinks were not presented as they should. I do hope you enjoyed the food at least and on your next visit to Zinc if you would like to contact me directly I would like to offer you the cocktails that were disappointing for you with my compliments. Many thanks once again for your email.
Regards
Paul

Subject: Fwd: Feedback

Dear Paul,

I was at Zinc Bar & Grill on Monday evening for an 20:30 booking in the name of Shaw and thought I would write with some feedback as we were not particularly satisfied with the experience.

The following issues were our concerns.

Bartender was very unsure of his cocktail menu to the point of having to consult paperwork for a Vodka Martini.
No crushed ice available or a Mojito or Singapore Sling so had to opt for beer.
One member of the group had to wait more than 5 minutes after other drinks were served for her cocktail.
When it did arrive the Margarita did not have a salt rim Initial bottle of white was corked which is unavoidable but it also had cork in the glass which was not Two fillet steaks were ordered. When both were cut open it turned out the rare was given to the gent expecting the medium and the rare was overcooked.

Working in the IT service industry I know how invaluable customer feedback is so I hope this email is of use.

Regards

Sanjoy
