I did like how they included the old Aston Martin too though

The Ford product placement was farcical ! Bond would never drive such a dawg of a "normal" car, 2CV's are acceptable though

......

What the hell was that Ford anyway ? Looked like a cross between a Focus and a Mondeo ?

I really enjoyed it. Would have liked more bond girls with less clothes and more Aston driving action.

Am off to see it again tomorrow with friends.

Went to see it for a second time last night and I have to say I enjoyed it more the second time a great film. I think he will be a great Bond and there is definately a follow up story in that script.

Yes Neil sweets and large drinks where bought although I have to say the girl who I went with paid for the tickets and the goodies how cool is that??

Wasn't Casino Royal one of the first Bond books?

Yes Mac it is the very first James Bond story and that is why he is not 007 at the beginning of the film.

That what I though - hence the follow up opportunities in the film. It was also really cool to see a bit of background to the character.
