I've had to dive into a hedge to avoid being mown down by Sean Connery driving a Lotus Esprit in Marbella.

Funny way to do it, given this is usually for shock after multi-trauma and is usually chest related in this country (RTA/industial accident) - meaning the abdomen is always opened after the chest has been briefly eyeballed and initially controlled............unless the abdomen is the obvious source of course :wink:

More common the other way round when retrieving organs for transplant, but you should not be rushing that, given the risk of organ injury...
