Hi Guys,

I've just spoken to Kirstin at Xtreme Karting and confirmed that SE have one team booked on the event.

Date is 8th October, drivers to be there by 6.30pm. Qualiftying is 20mins and starts at 7.00pm followed by the 2hr race. We'll be finished by 10pm.
Each driver wil have to have at least one pit-stop. They recommend 15minute sessions, I'm sure we can sort the details out on the night delpending on who's fast/fit etc.

Cost is £30 per person - please pay me through PayPal asap as they are looking for payment by Friday.
I will send each of you a PM with my e-mail address linked to PayPal so you can make the payment.

This is what I have as the team:
1. Martyn
2. Alan
3. Kenny
4. Ian

Campbell if you're wanting to join in please let me know ASAP.

Cheers,

Kenny

I decided that seen as it's been a few years since I was in a go-kart I'd better see what I was letting myself in for.
Took a trip to Xtreme in Falkirk with three guys from the office.

We did 3 x 10min practice sessions, it was great fun as those little karts are really quite good. You get a great feeling of speed going under the bridge section.
Struggled with arm pump the first session - hanging on too tight! Managed to relax a bit for the second and third session and got a little quicker, finally managing a 22 second lap. Can't imagine I'll get much quicker than that without a serious diet!

The print out and e-mail of your time they send are really good, details of my third session below. Managed to post the third fastest time of the week, but hey it was only Tuesday :damnfunny

Looking forward to the 8th :thumbsup

I've just had Xtreme Karting on the phone asking to remind you all to pre-register for the event.

If you haven't done so already please log on using the link I PM'd to you previously.
Any problems give me a shout.

Cheers,

Kenny
