My letter arrived (sent to old address).

Only £100540 (+Silverstone driver training! - bargain!!!) - not so much as a brochure, and they know I have one currently :D

I like ambition, but 4 paragraphs to get me to part with a six figure sum is going for it :damnfunny

oh, and if i give them a deposit they still cant guarantee me a car - a bit like my Exige V6 purchase, but at least Porsche realise this :damnfunny

Why can't they just invite me to drive one

I wonder how much of this is clever marketing by Porsche....whip up a bit of a frenzy and have people believing they are special by being chosen to be allowed to own one. Call it the Rolex Daytona phenomenon.

Although I'm sure in Lotus case with the Exige it wasn't deliberate :damnfunny

Umm.

Tinkering at the margins.

For mere mortals like me, any GT3 would do ;-)

However that won't stop me from burning midnight oil either...just in case eh. By the time maybe I can afford one, who knows, it might be a 991 version that falls into the budget. Fat chance...

Oh, and nice solo effort to shoot that, Mr Harris. Very classy indeed.
