Definitely. Although I've not told MMC this, I think I'll still forward Lotus an account of what's happened, just so they are aware of it. Or would I be best to leave this until we've collated the complaints threads?

That's very much your call. I think in the first instance, we should build a body of accounts and present them to MMC management. I think we only involve Lotus as a last resort...

Seriously, if any of you get REALLY pissed off with MMC, give Hexham Horseless Carriages a shout - they're now Lotus dealers, and I had 5 year's excellent service from them with my TVR Griff 500
