Remember to ask them to clean your induction kit (if fitted) and choose your oil or you'll get generic.

They are not becoming an official Lotus place, more likely that they will market themselves as a Lotus specialist. If they become official, they have to increase labour rates and only sell/fit Lotus approved stuff e.g. exhaust, pads etc.
