I remember them turning down $6b as it was not enough.

I ordered a wireless item on the 7th Feb which I have still not received.

Phoned them with no problem and very good online service, and they promised to sort it out, then e-mailed me the next day laying out what steps they were taking.

However I doubt that I would order anything else at the moment until we see which way the wind blows.
