If it helps to work things out, I was to sign on between 8.45-9.20am and then my 15 minute qualifying period started at 10.30am (there was also a 10am and 10.15am slot for some of the people that signed on at the same time as me). Then there were lots of other qualifying sessions between mine and 12.45pm. The intention was then to stop for a lunch break until 2.15pm when the semi final GP for the fastest 12 from the morning was supposed to take place. In the end they pulled this forward to 1.30pm and after it finished, they strarted the afternoon session.
From the look of things, you will still be in the "AM" group of 12 if you get through. I'd suspect that your 15 minute session will be around 1pm and that you will still be in the 2.15pm GP (if successful). The afternoon lot don't start until after your GP. So you should still be home for tea time: although there is a fair bit of paperwork, TV interviews and photoshoots to do after the GP if you finish in the top 3. I got away last Saturday at 3.30pm (2hrs after my GP) - so make sure you're prepared for that!

The only contact number I have is for a girl in the PR company (Robertson Sport Management - RSM) that was running the media side of the event, but if she can't help she might be able to give you another contact. Her name is Jasmin Muller and her number is 01908 635 300.
