So temperature its stored at is basically correct when it comes to LNG which is stored slightly above atmospheric pressure

The pressure is irrelevant, to all intents and purposes, as long as the vessel it is stored in is able to contain the pressure, if the vessel is leakng then you will find frost/ice forming.

Certainly on refrigerant gases, I don't know enough about LPG and next to nothing about LNG, to comment on them.

No one has mention adiabatic and isothermal processes yet - no discussion of thermodynamics is complete without a confusing foray into this aspect (which I never understand, before you start :-)).
