Problem is, car is still under warranty and the only VX (ahem) specialist in Glasgow is Arnold Clark.

The alternative is a day off work and a drive to Stirling, Edinburgh or Dumbarton..............or use an independent and face long drawn out battles if something goes wrong cos its been serviced outside of the network.

Big ranty letter has been written and I'll see what i can get out of them.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

http://www.arnoldclark.worldonline.co.uk/

used to be the url http://www.arnoldsucks.com but that doesn't work. Anyway, the above link is all you need to be put off by AC.

And bad luck about the failure but good luck it was at slow speed.

Dave tells me nothing but good things have been said about Vauxhall stealer in stirling! The edinburgh outfit has buggered him around twice although he managed to get loads knocked off the bill the first time and done for FOC the second time! Best off luck with which ever one you use!

Aye I would look into Iain Grieve at Stirling as they were very good to me and their VX specialist is very good!

Well thus far Inverness (Autovision) have been excellent, but i think after my warranty runs out (in March) I'll just send it to Brunty.

At least i know he'll look after it :D
