As I say, I would be binning the turbo, it would kill me. The base engine should be ripe for supercharging though! (If you can find one!) It'll never happen anyway....

Anyway: Cars back, apparently the oil was like treacle even when hot! But at least my tappets should quieten down a bit now. I have a TRE on it's way out and the synchro on 2 is worn, but I knew that I was just ignoring it....going to try and adjust the linkage but I think it's beyond that. CR box anyone? Add to that the engine bay is now sparkling clean and the undertray is cleaner than when it was new!
