I've got a JVC MP3 CD/USB player (KD G721) in the VX, there's a socket on the front for attaching a USB key to. It cost about £100 last summer, bought online. Works quite well, as it's less hassle to copy tracks to the USB key than to burn lots of CDs. I also use the iTrip with my iPod in the Puma (tape player only  ), seems to work well with no interruptions when tuned to 87.5. The iTrip does tend to drain the iPod battery a lot quicker though.

That's the same as the one I've got (only mine is in silver). I went for a JVC as you can also buy an iPod adapter for it which allows you to control the iPod via the headunit, never got round to fitting it though as the USB gives me enough storage :)

I ordered from http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk who incidentally have that Sony for a few quid less :D
