Haha. This thread brightened up my Monday.

Amen corner is renowned for throwing a spanner in the works, and that's what gives Augusta the appeal every year. Credit to Willet. Any player who scores a -5 round when the average was +1 deserves a trophy.

I read Tuts bet post literally minutes before Speith fell to pieces - the git kept me up watching it till Willet won - bad Speith....now shattered

£100 on Willet and I bet you'd have got some return..

I think that it is the first bet I have ever placed, so was prepared to lose it, although thought it was almost a cert or I would not have bothered.

I was pleased to see a young Brit win it anyway, could have been an Aussie or a Yank that stole my money.
