According to this months Evo mag, the next car to be given the Lotus treatment will be the Proton Satria (again). So much so that it'll even have a Lotus badge.
Also in the article is a mention that the new Esprit has been delayed until December 2009 due to increasing production costs and the need too focus it to compete with Ferrari's and Lambo's rather than Corvette's and 911's.
In the meantime a mid mounted V6 2+2 car (codenamed Eagle) will take the Esprits old December 2008 launch slot.
