Could be a nightmare for Glenshee as well if this snow comes.

It's going to be pretty tough for the residents of Braemar with the impact on their own lives and the additional impact on the visitors many of them depend on. I hope they get some form of route sorted via the dee quickly, otherwise they will be completely cut off when Glenshee is storm bound.

Flooding around Kemnay is as bad as I have seen it, but so far the flooding is limited to the usual areas and is confined to the fields between Kemnay and Monymusk.

I see there is also some trouble off shore ... hope all is well with fellow S_Ers up north and off shore. Glad I live 20m above the river level here, not that we've had anything like the rain that's fallen on most of the rest of Scotland at some point over the last couple of weeks!

Keep your peckers dry!

The wind has been fearsome and relentless in Peterhead, not a lot a damage thankfully, heartfelt sympathy for those flooded folks.

Are Ballater and Braemar both now cut-off ?

South Deeside shut, A93 shut from East and South, plus Gairnshiel closed ?

You would think that trafficscotland's web site might have this information on it ... but its map doesn't show any closures on the A93?

No NIMBY's.

Plus too much at stake.

And trivial project. In relative terms.

Impressive all the same :-)
