Looking at the weather forecast for Sat AM you might want to keep the winter tyres on, looks horrible! :(

Looking at various forecasts, there will be rain to start for an hour and a bit, then it should clear up and get up to 12 degrees (with strong winds), and then the chance of some showers towards the end of the session.

If it's gonna be wet, always better to start wet... That way, everyone is standing in pitlane after the first 5 minutes, looking at the sky, while you pound round, drying the track. By the time it's dried out, you're absolutely on it and it feels like you've got all the grip in the world.

The wind at KH dries the place in about three laps anyway!

I have the same doubts between AD07's and ZZR's. Have decided to go with the ZZR's. It will rain at the atart of the session and then dry.....I hope.....

I'm on the same, we can potter around together if its very wet, not quite sure if its the right choice. Decision made and wheels on so here's to tomorow.

PS, Bet yours are new. Mines are nearly done.

I thought you were off ZZRs after your last ones let go. My rears shed their tread at Donington recently with about 2mm of tread left in the space of a lap. They had survived since Spaz last year though and covered 7 track days. Still, replaced them with the same again. Great tyres but they do go off eventually. Have fun tomorrow - was booked on but can't make it now:-(

I'm just using the last of the tyres up before replacing for frolic, I'll have ZZR's on the front and 888's on the rear. Should be Interesting if its wet
