I did think it was a bit off that Lewis didn't acknowledge the hard work that the engineers mystery have done overnight to rebuild his car. By the sounds of it, they more or less had a complete rebuild onto a new tub.

Did you notice that as soon as a car was stopped even remotely near the edge of the track that the safety car came out?
Quite the opposite of last weeks race.

2006 Focus 1.6TDCI - Dull, sensible, commuter spec
2006 Mondeo - Dull, sensible, towing spec

It surprises me; he's the 1 driver that all most always compliments and thanks the team. Can understand he might be a bit less likely to this weekend.

I'm surprised you're surprised - he's not happy with the team after getting told to move over. Can't say I blame him.

I'm of opinion that they should do away with all this car to pits communication, let the drivers battle it out.

It's easy to be the rational guy when the other guy is so emotional ... the two behaviours reinforce one another and Hamilton cannot help being emotional.

What will be interesting is when they get to the final race neck and neck - at that point you'll see how they each cope with the pressure and channel it into their driving (or crashing :-)).

Cheers,
Robin

I actually have no preference for who wins, I just hope that they are fighting it out on the last lap at Abu Dhabi.

I would like to see Rosberg win just for the fact that Hamilton has already had a win and Rosberg's background.
