Sheesh  keep up you mincers ;)

Jason Plato - self professed god of driving.

Novice - you referred to Lovejoy. Who is this Lovejoy? Ian McShane? Were you referring to Jason Plato looking vaguely Similar to Ian McShane, hence the Lovejoy reference? Was it Tim Lovejoy?

Lovejoy is a cock, spoke to a girl in my office and pulled the "Do you know who I am" line. Thankfully he was not bankingo n getting a nippy weegie who ripped him to sh1t.

Plato is a driving god!
He has raised the BTCC profile with his antics. And as for his driving with Tiff when testing rival cars back to back is a brilliant display of car control.

Personally, Tiff, JC and Plato would be the perfect crew for Top Gear with Hamster doing er specials.

Tiff is an arrogant dick!

Lovejoy, is good on soccer am, but never struck me as a petrolhead, and going by 5th gear, he isn't a petrolhead, so shouldn't be presenting it.

Riased the BTCC profile?

What, to that of bumper car racing? It's not racing now, it's see who can shove who off first... If you wanna see that, go down the banger racing with a greasy chippy and a whippet-on-a-string - it's not what the pinnacle of British tin-top racing should be about.

You want to see good tin-top racing? Get a video of BTCC from 1992-1996. Mentalists - but strangely, the panels were intact at the end of the race

Lovejoy is the new twat that some nob has decided is qualified to present 5th gear. Previously presented soccer am (I also hate football - bunch of diving neddy uneducated poofs).

Ian McShane would have done an infinately better job.

Reminds me - the below is nicked from Sniffpetrol.com
There was embarrassment in the science world this week with news that everyone had got really confused over the recent reclassification of certain planets and other large bodies. "Everyone has been talking about how Pluto is no longer a planet," explained Professor Altimus Tmm of the Center For Looking Through Telescopes in Wisbech. "However, this is a complete misunderstanding of the International Astronomical Union's announcement. What they actually said was that they were downgrading Jason Plato".

The BTCC and 5th Gear presenter has long been the source of debate amongst astronomers, many of whom believe the racing driver's ego is easily large enough to qualify for planet status. However, at the recent IAU convention in Prague it was eventually decided that Plato's ego, although technically large enough to dwarf even Jupiter, does not conform to other planet-defining criterion such as orbit around the sun and ability to go into a nightclub without spending the whole evening trying to get off with girls.

However, the recent round of re-categorisation hasn't been all bad news for the racing world. Whilst Jason Plato may have lost planet status, it has now been officially decided to re-classify Eddie Irvine's ego as a separate galaxy.
