Want. Etc.
LOL that they still slap on the non-FIA bar, every kg counts in the spec stats
Nitpicking, but the dual aperture nose (intake behind no plate) is a little Donkervoort-esque.

If it only comes with the sequential box then iirc they need a rebuild every 3000 miles?

Dunno where you heard that, plus would be completely dependant on type of use.
The old K series R500 needed an engine rebuild every 3k if you believed t'internet scaremongery, but this was only if visiting Mr 9000rpm daily, more realistic use could see that tripled

I've not heard that. But regardless, it's apparently a different 'box to that in the R500. AFAIK R620 has Sadev ('better'), rather than the R500's Quaiffe.
But I'd have manual 'box given the choice (though quite probably too weak for the R620), epecially if I ever intended road use. But then, there'd likely be a lot more fun and reward in owning/running a sorted R400. Unless outright lap time is your only focus.

Oh dear..
Still, interesting that Caterham think that there is financial sense in complimenting their current range of fantastic track day specials with, well, another track day special..

It is about time Caterham tried to update the whole 7 concept, but that is indeed fugly, especially the front. Can you imagine the designer going to the board and saying 'you ready, this it it guys'

. Surely someone should have pointed out that a bit of a rethink was required?
