It is Jock Russells car, imported it from Italy a number of years back after he sold his Lotus F2 car to a collector in Austrailia if I recall right.

Story goes that he had a test drive for F1 with Mr Chapman himself back in the days of Jackie Stewart and the likes.
I was told that he was instructed to take it easy and get a feel for the car, he went out and nailed it, very quick driver, however, as he xdid not do what he was told, that was the last time he sat in the car!!!!

Apparently, he has also hooked James Hunt, for shouting at him, and telling him to get his truck out of his was at a race meet.

May all be just story telling, but he has had a very colourfull life, and quite a successfull racing record, with a second place in Monaco, in F2.( I think )

Not talked to him for a year or two, but he does track the Lambo.

Yes Jock Russell is a colourful character. I know him from his haulage days. Who else remembers Russell of Bathgate, JG Russell, etc. That was his family, who owned trucks and storage long before "Logistics" became fashionable.
He often appears at Knockhill when SMRC races are on, apparently good friends with Hugh McCaig of Ecurie Ecosse

I remember in the 80s being behind him in his 308 GTS. The sticker in the rear window read "motorway hogs keep left you wankers".funny how you remember some things... :D
