Oh no - so sorry to hear that Stew, I thought it was only something which happened in England but have heard of the odd case up here :(

No doubt the sellers of the house in Perthshire will be equally as gutted :evil:

Terrible news - Only bought a couple of houses so far but each one has been filled with stress. Can only imagine how bad that news must have been to hear.

That happened to us when we bought the house we were in. Unfortunately we had already transferred funds for the new house and only found out afterwards that the buyer had pulled out. That left us with 2 mortgages until we found a new buyer. My heart goes out to you but at least you found out in time.

Were back on target again. This time our house buyer,is a cash buyer. So no chain :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup And our offer was accepted again on the house we want.
