Isn't the Foyer part of a charitable foundation that supports young people with social issues in learning new skills (cooking / hospitality etc)?

I used to live in the old post office building, just up the road; never ate there, but hear good things.

The Prime Cuts on Crown Terrace is very nice - But not sure I'd dine there if it was coming out my own pocket...
