Nope, but carrick engineering around the corner from us are 1st class. I've had then do a few sets of wheels, rocker covers etc... and they do a lot of jobs for my work.

TBH, SC black, baked on in the oven should last a good while though.

Can get themo ver to you no problem, proble mis getting them out again as the nuts are spinning now. Must be info on selcock / bcbbs.

The nose cone black stuff suond the biz.

Erm yes, those rear bolts are fun arn't they.

I had to chop mine off with a hacksaw but mind the clam! Mine are now SS.

You get in to them from the boot I take it ? Hmm I think I have found my excuse to buy a dremmel.

Nope I don't think you can, I cut mine off from the ourside.

So you welded on new "legs" ?

Nope, the bolts are at the top then pull out the top and tilt towards you. The legs at the bottom are held in little rubber grommets on mine.

Coming back to me now, so there are teh plastic recepticles in the clam and then the plastic screws at the top ?

Mine were little wire legs at the bottom into grommets and mild steel bolts into rawl nuts at the top. Pig to shift as it was all rusted solid. :roll:

In a similar vein, can anyone do powder coating, preferabley located in the East Coast/Central Belt? I could do with the rear undertray done in black.

Powder coat vs thin ali undertray? Has it been done before?
I'm curious that the powder coat will be flexible enough. good idea though. Spinner black would probably be ok though.....

IainF just used to clean his undertray with alloy wheel cleaner and then spray it black with a can from Halfords IIRC
