He's keeping it flat on the gearchange. Good for a race. Bad when you need to drive the car home.
And if thing were like this on a trackday i'd have kept the Elise.

Sassy, best way to get started with a few pax laps. Then maybe a hyperformance session with one of the instructors (empty track) and then mix it with all us lot at a BRunty/HM/sidc session.
You wont regret it!
