Can't read it, but looks like the one.

Are we sure it says MSA approved? I just read 'helmets in a suitable condition' but I haven't been through the paperwork with a fine tooth comb.....

Aye, that's in the laid back first couple of pages - turn to the draconian n@zi pages 3 & 4 for the MSA chat

Bought a helmet today

£35 faceless in Azure blue. They had full face Nitro ones for the same price but after trying them on back to back decided the faceless offered better peripheral.

This one might help you see where you are going :D

I couldn't believe the white one you were wearing at EF didn't get any abuse form the marshall

Any luck on the car hunt???

Yes the white one was pretty pathetic. Could just about see over the chin bar. The hard part was getting my head into it. :x

Had found an Azure blue S1 that looked mint, but a guy off scoobynet apparently bought it

Still actually trying to arrange the finances so it might be a couple of weeks yet. I think if I haven't got one by the end of march I'll be in trouble coz the prices will start going up. Need to hurry. Fingers crossed.

I wouldn't worry too much about that, it's a bit of an urban legend that one ;)
Just sort the finance out that you can afford comfortably and then find the best car you can for the money.

From the picture I am sure the Aldi one is identical to a Caberg one I bought for Skye last year for £50 with just one visor. The visor has since delaminated and am awaiting a replacement visor. The £35 Aldi price is good as the replacement visors are around £28 each and you get a spare one with the Aldi one. Got a College study period on Thursday morning so wil be able to make it along first thing for one. Worth it for the visors alone.

Just reviving this thread to say that Aldi will have the Helmets in stores from Thursday (tomorrow). If anyone is interested.

I'm going to buy my first ever helmet on Monday.

Quite worryingly excited about it. Must be old age
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?
