What kind of point are Lotus trying to prove by only making 25? You can punt any old tat if you call it a limited edition, that said I do quite like it.

The Logo is the outline of Hethel race Track
4 currantly for saleon Auto Trader £39,995-40,995
My first car a 78 Vauxhall Cavalier was a similar colour ~never showed the dirt so only washed it once a month ~guessing I'd wash it more frequently if some one wanted to give me one

I quite like the colour and the stripes, but the spec is all wrong. Super touring pack, whick means that horrible plastic US dash. It should have been Super Sport pack, harnesses, big brakes with maybe an option of the 255 Cup engine upgrade. Then maybe it would be worthy of the name.
Special editions often a sign that a model is coming to the end of its life. I'd be very surprised if we don't see a an S3 Elise/Exige, or at least an S2.5 within the next year. Geneva show in March would be a good bet I reckon.

But you have been saying that for about a year Mark.....
Maybe S3 will look a bit like the Tesla? Which in turn looks a bit like a mini Mosler.

True, I have to admit

Just find it hard to believe that the S2 Elise can go into its 8th year looking essentially unchanged since its launch in late 2000. I wonder how the sales are holding up?
