I like the Alvan splitter, it covers the small humps and does not lower the ground clearance. The only problem is that only Sinclairs of London sell them and they need your car to fit it, oh, and the small point that Alvans stopped trading a few months back...so probably useless to you but here's a few pics anyway as you may still be able to source one.

I also stumbled upon this, never seen it before:

So, will adding a front splitter only to an S2 Elise unbalance the car? I suppose it's down to how accurate the above Lotus figures are...saying that, my Exige is planted at +triple tut figures, compared to my S1 anyway...at similar speeds it started to get confused and think it had a propeller attached to the front

there is no 1 & 2 left on my car, infact there is no clam left underneath the front of 1 & 2 either due to various arguments with pavements and cattle grids

However, I fully intend to add the front splitter late this year/early next to make her all nice and better. :D

But why are you putting an "oops" smiley after this, when we all know exactly who hit the cattle grid?! ;)

Put a little plastic repair over the offending gash and ignore it.

And remember to wear a front number plate don't want to go getting a reputation for being tugged.
if evolution don't take care of it, redesign it
